The problem
Running an event venue means juggling availability, inquiries, holds, and confirmations — and most venues do it with a phone, an inbox, and a spreadsheet that's wrong the moment two people edit it. Double-bookings aren't an edge case; they're a Tuesday.
What we built
A booking platform built around how venues actually operate:
- Live availability — one calendar that's always the truth, visible to the people who need it
- Booking requests — visitors request dates and spaces without a phone call; the venue reviews, holds, and confirms from an admin view
- Admin tools — manage spaces, pricing, and the pipeline of requests from one screen, not five tabs
Built on Next.js and Firebase, so it runs on managed infrastructure with nothing for the venue to maintain.
The outcome
The workflow that used to live across calls, notes, and memory now lives in one system. Requests come in structured instead of as voicemail. And the spreadsheet is retired.
